Instructions
- Preheat the grill and coat it with high-heat oil.
- Rub the chicken thighs with your favorite chicken rub.
- Place the chicken thighs on the direct heat zone of the grill.
- Monitor the chicken and move thinner pieces to the indirect heat zone if necessary.
- Once the chicken is nearly cooked through, apply BBQ sauce to the thighs.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach around 170 degrees.
