Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken

Instructions
- Wash and dry the chicken thighs, then season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the chicken thighs in olive oil in the Instant Pot until browned on both sides.
- Remove excess fat, then add garlic and sauté briefly before adding mushrooms, chicken broth, whipping cream, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Cover and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release.
- Add lemon juice and parsley, stir, and switch to sauté mode to reduce the sauce if needed.
- Serve immediately, preferably with spaghetti.
