Instant Pot Chicken with Mushrooms

Instructions
- Mix flour with salt and pepper on a plate.
- Dredge chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
- Set the Instant Pot to SAUTE mode and heat olive oil.
- Brown the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, then remove and keep warm.
- Add butter and mushrooms to the pot, cooking until softened.
- Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional 30 seconds.
- Return chicken to the pot and add chicken broth.
- Seal the pot and cook on Manual Pressure High for 10 minutes.
- Release pressure manually and keep the chicken warm.
- Set the pot to SAUTE mode, add cream, and simmer until thickened.
- Serve the chicken topped with the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
