Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken breasts and set aside.
- Whisk together the spices in a small bowl and rub them on the chicken.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté and add olive oil. Once hot, sear the chicken on both sides and then remove it.
- Pour chicken broth into the pot, place the trivet inside, add the chicken, and close the lid.
- Set the valve to sealing and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. After it beeps, naturally release pressure for 10 minutes, then quick release the rest.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
