Instant Pot Chicken Breasts

Instructions
- Pour water into the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the trivet over it.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle half of the seasoning mix over the chicken breasts, flip them, and season the other side.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the trivet in a single layer.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to sealing.
- Cook at high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes, then vent any remaining pressure.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach at least 160ºF.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
