Instructions
- Add the chicken and water to the Instant Pot insert.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt and peppercorns.
- Select High Pressure and set the timer for 10 minutes.
- Once the timer goes off, use Natural Pressure Release and carefully remove the lid.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and shred, dice, or slice as desired.
