Ingredients

The chicken

  • 3 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

The cooking liquid

  • 1 cup water
  • ΒΌ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5-6 whole black peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken and water to the Instant Pot insert.
  2. Sprinkle with kosher salt and peppercorns.
  3. Select High Pressure and set the timer for 10 minutes.
  4. Once the timer goes off, use Natural Pressure Release and carefully remove the lid.
  5. Remove the chicken from the pot and shred, dice, or slice as desired.
