Instant Pot Shredded Chicken

Instructions
- Add water to the Instant Pot and place the chicken breasts in it.
- Season the chicken with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to Sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes for 4 to 7 oz. breasts, 12 minutes for 8 to 12 oz. breasts, or 15 minutes for 14 to 16 oz. breasts.
- After cooking, allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then switch to Venting to release any remaining pressure.
- Check that the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165ºF.
- Use a hand mixer to shred the chicken directly in the pot or transfer to a cutting board and shred with forks.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
