Instructions
- 1. Mix the seasonings in a small bowl.
- 2. Pour the chicken stock into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
- 3. Season the chicken breasts on both sides and place them on the trivet.
- 4. Cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes, then allow a natural release for 5 minutes.
- 5. Drain the pot, saving the liquid, and remove the trivet.
- 6. Shred the chicken using forks or a hand mixer, then mix in 2-4 tablespoons of the reserved broth for added moisture.
