Instructions
- Pour water into the inner liner of the pressure cooker and set the trivet inside.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil.
- Apply the spice rub on all sides of the chicken breasts and place them on the trivet.
- Seal the lid on the pot and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select the Pressure Cook setting and set the timer for 7 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pot sit for 10 minutes for natural pressure release, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Check the chicken's temperature to ensure it has reached at least 160°F.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
