Instructions
- Add the butter, chicken, broth, soy sauce, sun dried tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir.
- Layer the cream cheese cubes on top.
- Pour the pasta evenly over the ingredients and gently push it down into the liquid, then pour 1 cup of heavy cream over the top.
- Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select Pressure Cook/Manual and set the time to 3 minutes on High Pressure.
- After cooking, let the pot sit for 3 minutes, then release the pressure carefully.
- Once the pin drops, open the lid and stir the pasta well to incorporate the cream cheese.
- Add the parmesan and spinach, stirring well.
- Add the remaining heavy cream to your preference for sauciness, then stir in the basil.
- Serve immediately.
