Instructions
- Poke potatoes with a fork several times and wrap each in foil after coating with cooking spray and salt.
- Place wrapped potatoes in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Boil broccoli in salted water until tender, about 3-5 minutes, then drain and keep warm.
- Melt butter in a pot, whisk in flour, and cook until golden.
- Slowly add milk while whisking to avoid lumps, cooking until thick and bubbly.
- Stir in cheese, cayenne, salt, and pepper until melted.
- Slice open potatoes, top with broccoli, and drizzle with cheese sauce.
