Instructions
- Whisk the tomato paste with a splash of crushed tomatoes until well combined.
- Add the remaining crushed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and salt, and whisk to blend.
- Taste the sauce and add sugar if it tastes too acidic.
- Use the sauce immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for later use.
