Ingredients

The ice cream base

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Diamond Crystal Coarse Himalayan Pink Salt

The toppings

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the vanilla extract, salt, and sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl until combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer until soft-medium stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle with 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, and ½ tsp salt, swirling gently with a toothpick.
  6. Pour in the remaining ice cream mixture and top with 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, and another pinch of salt, swirling again with a toothpick.
  7. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
