Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon all spice
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix wet ingredients and spices in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add flour and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
  3. Let the batter sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and grease it.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve hot.
