Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients and spices in a bowl until smooth.
- Add flour and baking powder, mixing until just combined.
- Let the batter sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and grease it.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form.
- Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and serve hot.
