Reuben Casserole

Russian dressing

freshly shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Layer the corned beef in the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
- Top the corned beef evenly with sauerkraut.
- Pour the Russian dressing over the sauerkraut and spread it out evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle Swiss cheese over the top.
- Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with additional dressing if desired.
