Instructions
- Substitute lemon extract with butter extract for a birthday cake option and add gluten-free cake mix for more cake flavor.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Mix in the nut butter, extracts, and honey.
- Mix well, preferably using your hands, and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Coat the bites with extra protein powder and sprinkles after they have set in the freezer for at least 5-10 minutes.
- Return the coated bites to the freezer or store in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
