Lemon Blueberry Blender Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Blend the first six ingredients together for about 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for the blueberries, and blend for about 1 minute.
- Fold in the blueberries and divide the batter between 12 prepared muffin cups.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Transfer muffins to a wire rack to cool before enjoying.
