The salad

The bread

Instructions
- Spray the bread with olive oil and season with salt, then grill until toasted and browned.
- Remove the bread from heat and cut it into 1 inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, basil, and olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Add the bread cubes to the salad and toss gently.
- Serve in individual bowls.
