Vegan Peanut Butter Mousse

agave nectar, maple syrup, or powdered sugar
Instructions
- Chill the coconut milk overnight.
- Scoop out the solid cream from the top of the coconut milk into a chilled bowl, leaving the liquid behind.
- Beat the coconut cream until light and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter to the whipped cream, starting with 2 Tbsp and adjusting to taste.
- Mix in your chosen sweetener to achieve desired sweetness.
- Use immediately as frosting or chill for several hours to set as mousse.
- Serve the mousse topped with coconut whipped cream, bananas, or chocolate sauce, or use as a dip.
