Ingredients

The smoothie

  • cups apple juice
  • 1 medium banana
  • cups frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Optional garnish

  • to taste fresh berries
  • to taste mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Blend the apple juice, banana, frozen mixed berries, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid (¼ cup at a time) until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste the smoothie and add honey if desired.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs if using.
