Instructions
- Blend the apple juice, banana, frozen mixed berries, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid (¼ cup at a time) until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste the smoothie and add honey if desired.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint sprigs if using.
