Ingredients

The base

The main ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen hash browns
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 piece foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream or Greek yogurt, cream cheese, onions, garlic powder, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the thawed and drained hash browns.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish or a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheeses on top.
