Easy Superfood Quinoa Bowl

Instructions
- Boil water in a large stockpot and cook broccoli for 1-2 minutes until tender, then set aside.
- Add edamame to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, then set aside with the broccoli.
- In a mixing bowl, massage kale with 2 tablespoons of the vinaigrette until soft.
- Portion cooked quinoa into 4 bowls and top with broccoli, edamame, kale, sliced avocado, and almonds.
- Drizzle each bowl with vinaigrette and garnish with sesame or chia seeds before serving.
