Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1-2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • handful ice (optional)

Optional add-ins

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in an upright blender.
  2. Blend on high for a full minute or until completely smooth.
  3. Enjoy your smoothie!
