Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana frozen banana
  • cup whole rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • handfuls ice

Optional toppings and add-ins

  • chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 splash cold brew coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Blend the banana, oats, peanut butter, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Add ice and any optional add-ins, then blend again until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and serve topped with chocolate chips if desired.
