Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana preferably frozen

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed or chia seeds
  • cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa nibs
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine the milk, protein powder, peanut butter, and banana in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. If desired, add ice and blend again until smooth.
