Instructions
- Slice the frozen banana into small chunks.
- Add the banana pieces, almond milk, peanut butter, ground flax seeds, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until very smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If necessary, add extra water or milk one tablespoon at a time to adjust the consistency.
- For a thicker texture, add ice and blend again until smooth.
- Serve immediately, optionally topping with extra banana slices or peanut butter.
