Light and Spicy Margarita

Ingredients

The cocktail

  • ½ cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ cup Tequila
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice
  • ½ piece Jalapeno
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Kosher Salt optional for rimming the glass
  • Seltzer Water to taste for topping off

Garnish

  • slices Jalapeno
  • slices Lime

Instructions

  1. Mix tequila, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and jalapeno in a mason jar.
  2. Run a lime slice around the rim of two glasses and dip them in salt if desired.
  3. Fill the glasses halfway with ice.
  4. Strain the tequila mixture into the glasses.
  5. Top off with seltzer water and garnish with extra jalapeno and lime.
