Instructions
- Combine the cake mix and crushed pineapple in a large bowl.
- Mix on medium speed with an electric mixer.
- Pour the batter into lined cupcake tins, filling them about ⅔ full.
- Bake according to the cake mix directions or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Set the cupcakes aside to cool.
- For the frosting, combine cream cheese, drained crushed pineapple, and marshmallow fluff in a medium bowl.
- Mix until well combined using a hand mixer.
- Spread the frosting on the cooled cupcakes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
