Zucchini Lasagna with Turkey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the zucchini thinly, sprinkle with salt, and bake for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, then add ground turkey and cook until browned. Drain excess liquid and stir in marinara sauce.
- Mix drained cottage cheese, parmesan, egg, parsley, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, zucchini, cottage cheese mixture, and mozzarella, repeating the layers.
- Finish with remaining sauce and cheese on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes, let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
