Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown the ground turkey breast until cooked through, then add marinara sauce and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Boil the lasagna noodles until slightly undercooked.
- Shred the zucchini and squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a towel.
- In an 8x8 dish, layer sauce, noodles, zucchini, mozzarella, and Parmesan in three layers, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
