Ingredients

The filling and sauce

  • 6 cups Marinara
  • 1 pound Ground turkey breast
  • 1 ½ cups part skim mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

The noodles

  • 6 Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles

The vegetables

  • 2 cups shredded zucchini

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brown the ground turkey breast until cooked through, then add marinara sauce and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Boil the lasagna noodles until slightly undercooked.
  4. Shred the zucchini and squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a towel.
  5. In an 8x8 dish, layer sauce, noodles, zucchini, mozzarella, and Parmesan in three layers, ending with cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
