Instructions
- Flip the can of refrigerated coconut milk upside down and open it.
- Pour the liquid into a small bowl and set aside.
- Transfer the solid coconut cream to a large mixing bowl.
- Beat the cream on high speed for about 3 to 4 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add honey and vanilla, then whisk for another minute until well combined.
- Use immediately to garnish desserts or refrigerate for later use.
