The cream

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk

The flavoring

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Flip the can of refrigerated coconut milk upside down and open it.
  2. Pour the liquid into a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Transfer the solid coconut cream to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Beat the cream on high speed for about 3 to 4 minutes until light and fluffy.
  5. Add honey and vanilla, then whisk for another minute until well combined.
  6. Use immediately to garnish desserts or refrigerate for later use.
