Instructions
- Chill the bowl and beaters or whisk attachment in the freezer or refrigerator.
- Remove the coconut milk from the fridge, turn it upside down, and open it to pour out the liquid.
- Scoop the solid coconut cream into the chilled bowl.
- Add the sweetener and salt to the coconut cream.
- Whisk on high until the mixture resembles whipped cream.
- Add vanilla and whip again until combined.
