  • 2 tablespoons low carb sugar or regular sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • teaspoon stevia glycerite or erythritol
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • 1 chilled bowl
  • 1 set chilled beaters or whisk attachment

Instructions

  1. Chill the bowl and beaters or whisk attachment in the freezer or refrigerator.
  2. Remove the coconut milk from the fridge, turn it upside down, and open it to pour out the liquid.
  3. Scoop the solid coconut cream into the chilled bowl.
  4. Add the sweetener and salt to the coconut cream.
  5. Whisk on high until the mixture resembles whipped cream.
  6. Add vanilla and whip again until combined.
