Instructions
- Chill a bowl and beaters or whisk attachment.
- Remove the can of coconut milk from the refrigerator, turn it upside down, open, and pour out the liquid.
- Scoop the solid coconut cream into the chilled bowl.
- Add the sweeteners and salt to the bowl.
- Whisk on high until the mixture resembles whipped cream.
- Add the vanilla and whip again.
