Ingredients

The cream

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk

The sweeteners and flavoring

  • 2 tablespoons low carb sugar or regular sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • teaspoon stevia glycerite or 2 more tablespoons erythritol
  • a pinch salt

Equipment

  • 1 bowl chilled bowl
  • 1 set chilled beaters or whisk attachment

Instructions

  1. Chill a bowl and beaters or whisk attachment.
  2. Remove the can of coconut milk from the refrigerator, turn it upside down, open, and pour out the liquid.
  3. Scoop the solid coconut cream into the chilled bowl.
  4. Add the sweeteners and salt to the bowl.
  5. Whisk on high until the mixture resembles whipped cream.
  6. Add the vanilla and whip again.
