Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic, chili powder, lime juice, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan and cook the marinated chicken until browned.
- In another pan, heat oil and sauté the whole spices for a short time.
- Add ginger and garlic paste, then stir-fry before adding tomatoes and jalapeño with water.
- Simmer until the tomatoes are soft, then blend to create a smooth sauce.
- Return the sauce to the pan, add ketchup, sugar, spices, and remaining water, and simmer.
- Add butter and cooked chicken, simmer for a few more minutes.
- Serve garnished with cilantro and heavy cream.
