Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garam masala, then brown in heated ghee and set aside.
- In the same pot, add more ghee and sauté onions and chilies until tender, then add garlic, ginger, and spices, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato puree and water, then add the chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in coconut cream and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and serve garnished with cilantro.
