Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix all Layer One ingredients in a bowl using a handheld mixer.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the Layer One mixture evenly across the bottom.
- Blend all Layer Two ingredients until smooth.
- Pour Layer Two over Layer One and bake for about 30 minutes until the middle is slightly set.
- Allow the bars to cool on the counter, then refrigerate to set completely.
