Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, sea salt, almond flour, and brown rice flour.
- In a food processor, blend the mashed banana, almond butter, maple syrup, ground flaxseed, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined, then add your chosen add-ins.
- Drop 2 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each mound.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until lightly golden brown, then cool completely before storing.
