Instructions
- Steam the broccolini until tender and crisp.
- Prepare the stir-fry sauce by whisking the ingredients together.
- Chop the shallots and garlic, and slice the mushrooms.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet and season it with salt and pepper.
- Add tofu and brown on all sides, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil and sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender, then add dried chilies.
- Pour in the stir-fry sauce and add the steamed broccolini and tofu, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished as desired.
