Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh berries or other fresh fruit
  • cup granola

Instructions

  1. Mix ½ cup of yogurt with optional sweetener in a bowl until combined.
  2. Add ½ cup of fresh fruit and ⅓ cup of granola to the yogurt.
  3. Repeat the layering process and enjoy.
