Instructions
- Remove the seeds from the pomegranate by cutting off the top and bottom, then submerging it in water to separate the seeds from the membrane.
- Stir the honey and vanilla extract into the yogurt.
- Prepare four 1-cup glasses or serving bowls and layer the ingredients: yogurt, granola, fruit, and seeds.
- Repeat the layering with a second layer of yogurt, granola, and fruit on top.
- Serve immediately.
