Honey Yogurt Quinoa Parfait

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • a few teaspoons honey
  • ½ cup Cheerios + Ancient Grains cereal
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils or other fruit

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with the cooked quinoa and honey.
  2. Layer half of the yogurt mixture into a glass.
  3. Add half of the cereal and half of the pomegranate arils.
  4. Repeat the layers once more.
  5. Serve immediately.
