Orange Yogurt Parfait

Instructions
- Peel one mandarin orange and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the other two mandarins in half and juice them to yield ¼ cup of juice.
- In a medium bowl, mix the juice, yogurt, and maple syrup together.
- Stir in the granola into the yogurt mixture.
- Divide the yogurt into two small bowls and top with the chopped mandarins.
