Ingredients

  • 3 pieces mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup granola or finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Peel one mandarin orange and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the other two mandarins in half and juice them to yield ¼ cup of juice.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the juice, yogurt, and maple syrup together.
  4. Stir in the granola into the yogurt mixture.
  5. Divide the yogurt into two small bowls and top with the chopped mandarins.
