Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or nut butter of choice

Strawberry Yogurt Parfaits

  • 2 (5.3-ounce) containers So Delicious Strawberry Banana Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, almonds, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt.
  3. Stir in maple syrup and almond butter until well mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Allow the granola to cool for at least 5 minutes before breaking it into small pieces.
  6. In two glasses, layer a third of the yogurt, granola, and strawberries, repeating the layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Serve immediately for the best texture or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
