Yogurt Parfait with Mixed Berry Compote

maple syrup

melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add maple syrup and melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Stir the granola and bake for another 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a saucepan, combine raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, water, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add arrowroot to the berry mixture, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes before cooling.
- To assemble, layer 2-3 tablespoons of berry mixture, followed by 4 oz. of yogurt, and top with granola.
