Pistachio Ice Cream

The flavorings

Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix vanilla extract, salt, and sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl.
- Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft-medium stiff peaks form.
- Fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture and crumbled feta into the whipped cream gently.
- Pour half of the mixture into the loaf pan, add pistachio cream and chopped pistachios, and swirl with a toothpick.
- Add the remaining ice cream mixture, top with more pistachio cream and chopped pistachios, and swirl again.
- Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
