No Churn Pistachio Ice Cream

The topping

cup
pistachio nut meats, chopped

toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Blend all ice cream ingredients until creamy and the pistachios are pulverized.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and chill for a few hours.
- If the ice cream has been in the freezer for more than a few hours, remove it 15-20 minutes before serving.
- Scoop the ice cream into bowls and sprinkle with chopped pistachios and toasted coconut before serving.
