Instant Pot Stuffing with Sausage

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and cut the bread into 1-inch cubes.
- Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes until browned and dry.
- In the Instant Pot, use the Sauté function to cook the sausage, celery, and onion in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
- Cancel the Sauté function, add the broth, oregano, thyme, and bread cubes to the pot.
- Lock the lid and set to cook for 2 minutes at high pressure.
- After cooking, use quick release to release the pressure and remove the lid.
- Serve the stuffing hot, topped with chopped parsley.
