Instructions
- Heat the vegetable broth in a medium saucepan until it simmers.
- In a small bowl, whisk the miso paste with a little hot water until smooth.
- Add the chard, green onion, and tofu to the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the nori and remove the pot from heat.
- Add the miso mixture to the soup, stir to combine, and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
