Mango Chicken Salad

Instructions
- Sauté garlic and jalapeno in olive oil until soft.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and chili powder, then cook until browned.
- Once cooled, dice or shred the chicken.
- In a large bowl, combine celery, mango, and chicken.
- Stir in mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice, and zest, then season with salt and pepper.
- Add any optional ingredients if desired.
- Refrigerate for a few days and add cilantro just before serving.
