Instructions
- Blend the blanched almonds, hemp seeds, and water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth, setting the almond meal aside.
- Add the almond milk back to the blender with the pitted dates and puree.
- For the smoothie, blend the frozen cherries and stevia with the date-sweetened nut milk until smooth.
