Ingredients

Nut Milk

  • ¾ cup blanched almonds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3.5 cups water
  • 4 pieces pitted dates

Smoothie

  • 3 cups frozen organic cherries
  • 3 drops chocolate raspberry liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Blend the blanched almonds, hemp seeds, and water until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth, setting the almond meal aside.
  3. Add the almond milk back to the blender with the pitted dates and puree.
  4. For the smoothie, blend the frozen cherries and stevia with the date-sweetened nut milk until smooth.
